Ceramics: Shipping, Returns & Refunds
1) All orders shipped within The United States are sent via UPS or USPS.
2) Processing time for ready to ship orders is approximately 1-5 business days.
3) Tracking info will be provided with every order, though the buyer assumes all responsibility once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
4) International Shipping is not available at this time.
Returns & Refunds
1) All ceramics purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time.
2) All Studio Hayat Flower arrangement sales are final. Exchanges and cancellations are not permitted.
3) Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, each piece is subject to slight variations in form and finish. Variations include but are not limited to size, color, glaze (pinholes, etc.). Variations are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return or refund.
4) If a package is lost or stolen, a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Studio Hayat. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Studio Hayat is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit. Studio Hayat is not responsible for any items after they have been handed over to the carrier and cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries.
4) If there is a defect or problem with your order please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damaged item and the box it came in (inside & outside photos) and we will be happy to assist you.
